Your Main Activities Are

  • Animate the IT Risk and Cyber Security function
  • Acting as leader, establish the adequate governance to structure and orchestrate the activities of the team
  • Develop the skills of the team and manage the required recruitments in line with WM IT Risk and Cyber security strategy
  • Be the referent on IT risk topics within Wealth Management and toward the Group

  • Manage and supervise IT Risk
  • Analyse, classify and consolidate IT risks and perform regular review of WM IT Risk Register
  • Execute Group IT Risk Cartography exercises (Risk-Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), RISK ID, Risk Profile, Operational Risk and Control (OR&C) Report, among others)
  • Ensure that major risks are well assessed and validated by proper stakeholders (WM Chief Executive Officer (CEO), WM Chief Operating Officers (COOs), WM CISO/Information and Cyber Risk Officer (ICRO)/ITRO, business risk owner)
  • Assess the IT risks related to intra-Group providers and external vendors according to Group Third Party Technology Risk Management (TPTRM) framework and coordinate this activity with relevant stakeholders (Risk Operational Risk Management (ORM)), Outsourcing coordinator, Procurement, among others)
  • Maintain IT Risk dashboard and coordinate the collection of Key Risk Indicators (KRI)
  • Define roadmap and execute Group IT Controls
  • Coordinate the audit and regulatory requests and monitor the implementation of IT recommendations
  • Formalise Historical and Potential incidents
  • Collect and assess risk related to Shadow and Light IT situations
  • Ensure reporting of IT Risk management to RISK ORM, WM Chief Information Officer (CIO), WM CISO and Wealth Management Information Systems Chief Technology Officer (WMIS CTO)
  • Manage the Cyber Security for the EMEA region
  • Ensure the response to Cyber incidents in connection with the Group and Local/territory Computer Security Incident Response Teams (CSIRTs)
  • Assist and manage cyber crises and ensure that regular exercises are conducted in accordance with WMIS and Group IT Risk & Cyber security frameworks
  • Contribute to WM IT Risk and Cyber Security and WM IT Transformation programs
  • Leveraging on IT Security standards such as National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Center for Internet Security (CIS), ISO2700x, ensure the compliance with the Group IT Cyber security requirements
  • Oversee the IT production security and control the IT security through the activity of the WM IT teams (developers, administrators, users, among others) in order to secure WM customer personal data and WM IT assets
  • Control the IT security activities performed by Group IT providers and impacting WM activities in Europe and middle east locations
  • Assess the cyber security risk of Third Parties and ensure security clauses are included in WMIS contract documents
  • Assist the WM CISO on the Cyber Security budget preparation and reporting

Provide support to GM Resources onshore team on the management of resources and the monitoring of future regulations. Development of solutions for GM Resources team for the management of financial resources to optimize/analyse/explain large amounts of data and predict seasonal variations.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Participation in the quarterly IFRS closing activities mainly for French perimeter, such as: 
    1. Second review of financial appendices. 
    2. Analytical review of “BMT – Base Monde Titres” and “L1IHB – Off-balance” consolidation packages. 
    3. Assets Levels controls (IFRS 13 Fair Value Measurement). 
    4. Data quality issues, support on Securities creation process and follow-up on SRS submission  
  • Meeting with several departments on process improvement, during the interclosing period.
  • REGENT is the reference database of BNP Paribas Group entities for the static data and the consolidation scopes. You will contribute to the creation and update of entities from BNP Paribas Cardif (SPVs, Investment Funds and SCIs), including remediation campaigns on a half year basis. 
  • Report to the Head of consolidation on the tasks you are covering as part of the Consolidation Department

About the job:

Global Securitised Products (GSP) covers several businesses, including Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) & Private Debt Financing. SPG works with corporate and institutional clients, to provide them with financing, risk transfer and capital markets access, through securitisation transactions across a range of asset classes.

SPF is a strategic activity of BNPP that sits within the Asset Financing and Securitization Platform. The team consists of professionals with experience in the financing of leveraged loan portfolios, and the warehousing, structuring, arranging and placing credit securitization transactions. 

Your main activities are:

  1. Credit Management:
  • Conduct rigorous credit analysis including fundamental analysis on leveraged borrowers, reviewing financials, transactions, and marketing documents
  • Assist credit analysts in evaluating legal documents including credit agreements, bankruptcy filings, guarantee and security agreements, intercreditor agreements and indentures.
  • Ensure the regular risk monitoring and maintenance of the portfolio of transactions, including
  •       annual reviews
  •       quarterly rating and capital review processes
  •        weekly update regarding the quality of the assets
  1. Monitoring of non-financial risks
  • Reporting reconciliation between different data sources 
  • Cash tracing of assets and validation of existence of assets
  • Validation of models (borrowing bases) through audit of formulas and maintenance of shadow models
  • Verification of asset ownership through various audit of legal documents
  • Solidify the non-financial risk monitoring framework and report accordingly to internal stakeholders

  1. Portfolio Management
  • Maintain and feed the Portfolio Management system with data and ensure its quality
  • Track covenants of the facilities; maintain borrowing bases and report results to the structuring team 

  1. Data Management:
  • Assist in maintaining the credit database, creating new entries, updating existing entries, preparing financial models, and troubleshooting errors
  • Organize the deal document directory, including information sent by clients or posted on shared data sites
  1. Reporting:
  • Leverage the credit database for data analysis, exposure breakdowns, and internal reports
  • Assist with creating reports for the credit database and contribute to overall credit research task

  • Conducting annual and interim credit reviews while timely producing a factual summary of client’s creditworthiness, compliant with Bank’s guidelines, with a recommendation on internal rating/GRR, the limits, the legal credit terms, and risk strategy vis-à-vis the client

In practice, your day-to-day

  • The Model Performance team has a key role to play in the development of a strong risk management framework for the BNP Paribas Group. As a prominent international banking institution and a leader in the Eurozone, BNP Paribas is relying on internal models to assess risks arising from its business activities.  
  • In this context, BNP Paribas is subject to stringent regulatory requirements on the assessment of the performance of internal rating and risk estimation systems.  
  • By integrating the Model Performance Lisbon team, you will work in a best-in-class team responsible for assessing the performance of BNP Paribas internal models and thus contributing to meet ECB regulatory requirements. 
  • In this role, your primary responsibility will be to conduct backtesting activities focused on credit risk and provision models, i.e. testing the predictive capacity of the models on historical data.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Contribute to the production of the backtesting shortcuts
