About the Position
- The position is based in Lisbon and opened for Q3 2025. The Chief Compliance Officer for Nickel Portugal will be directly reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer of Nickel. The Chief Compliance Officer of Nickel Portugal is primarily responsible for:
- Provide reasonable assurance to Nickel Chief Compliance Officer, Nickel Portugal management and regulators that adequate policies, procedures, and efficient compliance internal control measures are in place consistent with Nickel’s Compliance requirements, characteristics, compliance risks, and in line with applicable laws and regulations;
- Establish standards and implement procedures to ensure that the compliance frameworks throughout the branch are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting, and correcting noncompliance;
- Oversee compliance within Nickel Portugal and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, Nickel policies and procedures.

- Roll-out objectives and validate annual priorities with input from Nickel Compliance;

Your Main Activities Are

Be part of our dynamic Financial Production France (FPF) Team, where you will be at the forefront of participating in the transformation of the Finance Department and BNP Paribas Cardif.
YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE FPF TEAM
As a Real Estate Fund Accountant, you will contribute directly to the day-to-day management of various tasks with multiple interlocutors.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Cash flow
- Accounting for current operations on time and with the required quality, in compliance with regulations
- Analysis of the company’s accounting accounts, identifying potential risks and reporting to its manager
- Accounting for the sale and acquisition of real estate
- Regularization of Associated Accounts (Payment of blocked dividends)
- Classification of supplier invoices paid by the collection-disbursement division
You will also analyse the suspenses, make an initial assessment of the amount of provisions necessary to cover the risks induced by the bank and accounting suspenses.
You will close the accounts at the end of the period (quarterly and annual):
- Carry out the cut-off of the accounts and establish the summaries of the balance sheets to be validated by the manager (analysis of unpaid invoices, analysis of tax accounts, clocking of accounting items and reconciliation with management software, analysis of expenses and income, control of re-invoicing and provisioning of accounts)
- Establish bank reconciliations of managed companies
- Draw up the annual accounts and financial tables of the management report.
- You will file tax returns (VAT, withholding tax, property income, DADS2, tax returns, etc.)
- You assist the Statutory Auditors during quarterly audits.

- Reporting to the Procurement & Performance Expense Claims Team Leader, the Expense Claims Implementation Manager position is part of the Invoice Processing Digitalisation department staffing, integrated in the Expense Claims team, and will oversee implementing, making evolutions and maintaining a common expense claims administration tool (Sap Concur Expense and Request) for BNPP entities based on a standard Core Model
