Le/la gestionnaire affectation des règlements est rattaché/e au Responsable affectation des règlements. Il/elle est responsable de l’affectation des règlements reçus en faisant les recherches nécessaires (détail papier, appels téléphoniques, mails…) pour pouvoir lettrer correctement et contribuer à la baisse des encours clients. Les actions menées doivent prendre en considération les axes de développement de la filiale tant en terme de produits que de marchés et être réalisées dans un esprit de transversalité avec les autres directions de la filiale. Le collaborateur se doit d’exercer ses missions de manière responsable en respect des valeurs et convictions du Groupe BNPP – Code de conduite- et notamment des principes de Diversité et d’inclusion
Your Main Activities Are
- Pointer les comptes et reprise d’affectation des règlements si nécessaire. – Maîtriser le risque acheteur en partageant l’information avec les autres services (risques, commerce, recouvrement…)
- Faire remonter les réclamations clients/acheteurs et aider à leurs résolutions
- Participer à la productivité du département en proposant des axes d’amélioration de l’outil ou des process …
- Adopter une posture téléphonique et rédactionnelle orientée client en toute occasion – Privilégier les appels téléphoniques auprès des acheteurs pour obtenir des détails concenrnant l’affectation des règlements
- Faire les recherches nécessaires suite aux informations provenant du recouvrement, clients, gestion…
- Contribuer à l’amélioration des délais de traitement en apportant des solutions de simplification
- Prioriser les demandes urgentes ou atypiques
- Agir conformément aux instructions de la Conformité en matière de Lutte Contre le Blanchiment d’argent, de Financement du Terrorisme, de fraude fiscale, de Corruption interne et externe, d’Intégrité des Marchés, de lois Bancaires et Fiscales, et applique les directives en matière de Sanctions Financières internationales et de politiques KYC

- Within the 2S IT Production, in Next Gen Production transformation team, the Project Management Officer – Lean Coach will be integrated into a multidisciplinary transformation team, working in project mode, on the Service Reliability Engineering (SRE) Transformation Stream

About the job
- The Documentation Drafting and Matching Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the risk undertaken by the business lines. A wide range of products are traded by the Trading desk including Options, Swaps, Forwards, within Oil, Metals, Softs, Energy, Power and Gas and Equities
- The Documentation team’s primary function is to support the Trading and Sales desks through the drafting of OTC Physical confirmations for mainly all trades dealt with counterparties
- The team performs a critical control role in the timely reconciliation of bookings with the confirmation and term sheet. The team is also responsible for notifying all post trade events with clients. The team ensures that all issues are controlled, reported and fixed by working closely with traders, sales people, strategists, IT and Legal, Credit and Compliance
- The team is involved in process improvements with special focus on STP processing and management of risk and controls, new product initiatives and development of new business in all regions
Your Main Activities Are
- Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for all products including Swaps, Forwards, Options and Hybrid Strategies
- Trade review of risk booking and term sheets to ensure that they are in line prior to sending the documentation to clients
- Monitor workflows to ensure the confirmations are prioritised accordingly and ensure the timely dispatch of confirmations
- Meet regulators timelines targets

- The Settlement Account Manager works within the Securities Transaction Management Department and is responsible for the processing and follow up of the main processes which include pre & post settlement activities, clearing, relevant legal documentation, transaction and event-related accounting for securities deemed in scope.
