  • CO3 Governance team actively manages on a daily basis all Platform transversal topics: Coordination of Territory policies and requests, Internal communication and Platform rules
  • The team ensures that Infinity EMEA meets with the Group and Legal requirements; secures the calendar and the monitoring of transversal regular organizational affairs on a timely and efficient manner
  • It is expected to monitor and assess the key indicators of the Platform such as the customer/employee feedback or the operational workload per service

Your Main Activities Are

  • Coordinate the Lean Community and support the platform improving its services via training program, Ambassadors’ program and Champions’ program, creating a culture within the Platorfm
  • Review s-ABC on an annual basis and ensure on quarterly basis the new entities impacts; managing the Operational KPIs required, ensuring the workload of the teams impacted are justified and explained towards the stakeholders
  • Monitor the invoicing model, SLA management, BMC sessions and any request impacting the team’s activity 
  • Coordinate and interact with managers and Financial Controllers on the updates in the Cartography, on a quarterly basis. Ensure the Finance Taxonomy is applied within the Platform
  • Ensure that the SPOC manages all topics around TPRM and GDPR, ensuring a good relationship with local DPO and CDO of each territory, participating in DP Forums and implement remediation plan if needed
  • Providing KPIs of the Platform and their analysis

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor Degree completed
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in business administration
  • Professional experience in finance, business analysis and/or technical architecture roles
  • Experience on multinational environment within support and administrative tasks
  • Experience in LEAN activity and knowledge of legal topics
  • Fluent in English, oral and written

  • Negoceia as condições financeiras da colaboração com os PDV, obtendo acordos que vão ao encontro dos interesses do BNPP PF, de forma a garantir o volume e a rentabilidade da produção. Ativa e fideliza a carteira de PDV para que realizem operações de financiamento de modo contínuo e coerente.
  • Angaria pontos de venda (PDV), detetando oportunidades de negócio, realizando prospeções e efetuando o tratamento de afiliações.
  • Realiza um controlo qualitativo da carteira, analisando indicadores de desempenho, efetuando alertas e planeando ações de melhoria, de forma a assegurar uma produção saudável e a cumprir com os objetivos de risco estabelecidos. 
  • Realiza controlos de Risco parceiro em concordância com os procedimentos de compliance do Banco, nomeadamente sobre Termos de Compromisso e Responsabilização, averbamentos de viaturas e linhas de de crédito de stock, que podem implicar auditorias físicas ao stock, e define planos de ação para ultrapassar as irregularidades.
  • Dinamiza a venda de produtos complementares e fomenta as boas práticas comerciais numa perspetiva de Financiamento e Seguros.
  • Planeia e realiza visitas presenciais, participa em reuniões de balanço e ministra ações de formação junto dos parceiros, efetuando um acompanhamento próximo, de modo a transmitir informação e conhecimentos, avaliar o sucesso das ações implementadas e a garantir a qualidade da parceria. 
  • Prepara e elabora relatórios da sua atividade, analisando indicadores de desempenho, para permitir o acompanhamento das ações e dos resultados.
  • Participa em reuniões com o responsável de área e com a equipa para reporte de resultados, análise e discussão de tendências e desvios, partilha de informação relativa ao mercado e à concorrência, bem como identificação de planos de ação.

  • The Trading Analyst ensures a smooth and accurate monitoring of the trading activity in the Trading books, to ensure a sustainable level of the Bank’s revenues. The Trading Analyst’s main mission is to become familiar with the trading environment and contribute gradually with tasks to the development of the Trading ecosystem, by improving the ability to read and analyze data quicker, increase the speed to process the routine (trading, booking, reporting, analyzing, etc…) and requests and to evolve in the tasks performed, by compressing the time spent on them via automation, decommissioning and/or delegation

About the job

  • The Officer would share his/her time between one of the 3 teams: Markets Backoffice (MBO), Cash Transfers (CT) and Funds Execution (FE):
    1. The Markets Back Office’s team is responsible for the booking, matching and settlement of Money Markets, Forex and OTC Derivatives operations
    2. Cash Transfers’ team is responsible for the processing of cash transfers operations according to clients instructions

  • Assist MBO team on processing the booking of operations related to Forex and Money Market and managing the confirmations related to these products
  • Execute for MBO team the necessary daily reconciliations
  • Ensure for CT team the processing of client cash instructions (outgoing, manual instructions and incomings)
  • Execute for CT team the treatment of standing orders, direct debits and prepaid cards     
  • Help FE team on the execution of investment fund orders with custodians/transfer agents, in compliance with cut-offs and also monitoring executed orders, pending’s orders, contract notes and reminders to the counterparties 
  • Perform for FE team the controls and the enrichment of fund values in the referential database, as well as,   processing and responding to internal customer requests

  • BNP Paribas is present in Portugal since 1985, having been one of the first foreign banks to operate in the country. Today, BNP Paribas has several entities operating directly in this territory, offering a wide range of integrated financial solutions to support its clients and their businesses
  • Within Procurement & Performance, you will join the Procurement Operations Team
  • As a buyer in the Procurement Operations team, your mission is to operate on the internal clients’ behalf, the buying of goods and services (Software, Hardware, Telco, among others), ensuring the respect of regulation and BNP Paribas’ standards, applying category-sourcing strategy and achieving savings target

Your Main Activities Are

  • Support your clients (Worldwide BNP Paribas entities) in their purchasing requests, on an ongoing basis and ensure client satisfaction (quality, costs, processing time)
  • Manage contracts and orders renewals for IT Category using the Procurement tools
  • Obtain and analyze suppliers’ offers, manage direct negotiations (majority of the negotiations with the suppliers can occur in English)
  • Negotiate the best price conditions with the providers and achieve savings target
  • Manage contract/orders remediation to add legal provisions
  • Involve and coordinate internal stakeholders (IT, Legal, Compliance, Security; mainly French speakers) to get their inputs to build application and framework contracts; and ensure compliance with regulation and BNP Paribas’ standards

  • The Finance Capital Markets Products Controller mission is to ensure the reliability, sincerity, integrity and the exhaustiveness of the accounting delivered by the upstreams chains (Front to Back) and organisation (Operations – Back and Middle Office). This position works actively as a finance business partner

Your Main Activities Are

  • Ensure the accounting control level one on a dedicated perimeter of products within your team and ensure proper justification on all accounting control, among which is reconciliation with operations data inventory and reconciliation of sensitives accounts
  • Ensure a good collaboration with all partners and animate the relation by anticipating any know issues (pre-closing), as well as ensure fluid communication during closing period and formalize issues and present them in order to avoid them next time (post-closing)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the control set-up and ensure permanent evolutions are realized in order to avoid manual adjustment
  • Formalization of team procedures and operating guides, which include: participation of training and coaching for new joiners; formalization of on-boarding materials; and active participation in management and department staff meetings
