  • Manage Corporate Actions and Income events and client enquiries, by respecting the established Service Level Agreement (SLA) and operational procedures

Your Main Activities Are

  • Ensure all Corporate Actions & Income setups, instructions and payments are processed while meeting standards established by the Bank and the team’s procedures
  • Guarantee the four-eyes checking principle whenever is necessary and without any form exception
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to clients and service partners pertaining to Corporate Actions and Income events. Guarantees the support of clients and other relevant stakeholders during the process

  • The Counterparty Risk Analyst’s mission is to monitor and analyse the counterparty risk exposure on BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking’s (CIB) clients, to ensure such risks stays within BNP Paribas’ own risk appetite.   • Within RISK, the Global Practice RISK IRC is in charge of the independent review of the credit, market, counterparty, insurance and operational risks as well as the RISK ORC function of RISK. Risk Independent Review (RISK IR) is the team responsible for the independent review of the risk measurement systems for the risks covered by RISK IRC. These reviews can take different forms (ex-ante / ex-post, driven by a regulatory objective or not, methodology / implementation) and are more or less exhaustive according to the subjects treated. Within RISK IRC, the team Framework, Processes & Systems (FPS) is in charge of, among other things, the review of all the BNP Paribas Group’s processes and information systems (central and local) contributing to the measurement of credit, market or counterparty risks.   • The CBK Processing Officer’s mission is to be responsible for processing instructions and managing repairs in regards to all cash flows (external payments, incomings, Book to Book and Cross Border Book to Book), across several Bank locations, using various cash management systems

  • The CBK Controls Officer’s mission is to be responsible to perform the internal controls towards the operational activity performed by the Cash Hub teams

Your Main Activities Are

  • Communicate with correspondents and counterparts as well as internal departments.

  • Within RISK, the Global Practice RISK Independent Review Committee (IRC) is in charge of the independent review of the credit, market, counterparty, insurance and operational risks as well as the RISK Operational Risk Control (ORC) function of RISK. Risk Independent Review (RISK IR) is the team responsible for the independent review of the risk measurement systems for the risks covered by RISK IRC. These reviews can take different forms (ex-ante / ex-post, driven by a regulatory objective or not, methodology / implementation) and are more or less exhaustive according to the subjects treated. The team Framework, Processes and Systems (FPS) is in charge of, among other things, the review of all the BNP Paribas Group’s processes and information systems (central and local) contributing to the measurement of credit, market or counterparty risks. The topics covered are as follows
  • Information systems and data quality: data supporting the modelling and run of credit risk models (for example Probability of Default, Probability of Default and Exposure at Default), market (Value‑at‑Risk, Incremental Risk Charge) and counterparty (Effective Expected Positive Exposure)
  • Systems and processes dedicated to the production of the risk indicators and the computation of the Risk weighted assets
  • Internal and regulatory reporting: collection of risk data and production of reports, local and central processing during the reporting process

Your Main Activities Are

  • Doing independent reviews of the risk measurement systems of the BNP Paribas group (any country)
