  • The Finance Capital Markets Products Trainee mission is to measure, control and explain the financial reporting of the Region’s entities, covering a large part of BNP Paribas Business Lines
  • Within the EMEA Finance organization, is also responsible for ensuring an accurate, reliable and comprehensive set of segmented financial data required for the production of all Reporting streams in relation with Capital Markets Business Lines

Your Main Activities Are

  • Contribute to the monitoring of Capital Market Businesses, by controlling the reconciliation of the accounting and economical P&L followed by the Front and Middle Offices
  • Work with the main financial instruments: Derivatives, Forex, Bonds, Issuer bonds, Equities and Commodities

The mission of RISK Market & Financial Institutions (“RISK MFI”) is to provide the Senior Management of the Group, of the RISK Function and of Global Markets (“GM”) and of BP2S with full transparency and dynamic analysis and monitoring of market, counterparty, valuation and liquidity risks originated and managed by CIB and of credit risks on Financial Institutions in order to assist them in their risk decision making and monitoring.

Your Main Activities Are

The role of Market Risk Analyst within RISK MFI Platform is divided into two streams: Monitoring and Framework

Within Monitoring the responsibilities are centred around the daily production and distribution of market risk reports across the organization covering all Business Lines which includes:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations:
    1. for Basel 2.5 metrics such as Value-At-Risk, Stressed Value-At-Risk and Incremental Risk Charge.
    2. for the main sensitivities controlled and monitored with Market Risk Limits
  • Notification of excesses and escalation according to the Market Risk Limits procedures.
  • Providing metric variation analysis on a regular or ad-hoc basis to inform related business processes

Within Frameworks the responsibilities are focused on ensuring a consistent implementation of the Market Risk Framework across Business Lines while striving to adapt and improve such framework to new regulatory requirements, which includes:

  • The Fundamental Review of Trading Book (FRTB) and the analysis of its impact on market risk management and Capital charges
  • Adapting our internal risk management framework to new regulatory requirements (Targeted Review of Internal Models, French Banking Law & Volker Rule, …)
  •  Ensure the Market Risk Limits framework is followed by all business lines and strive to adapt and industrialize our internal processes such as Market Risk Limits Calibration

Profile and Skills to Success

Essential

  • A minimum of a Master’s degree in Engineering, Financial Engineering, Finance, Maths, Sciences, Economics, Econometrics, Computation Sciences or related discipline.

Como People Analytics & Data Engineer a tua missão é transformar dados de Pessoas em inteligência acionável que permita à Direção de Recursos Humanos a adoção de melhores e mais rápidas decisões, recorrendo a soluções técnicas e analíticas avançadas, como bases de dados, dashboards e modelos preditivos.

As suas principais responsabilidades são: 

  • Trabalhar com a equipa RH para analisar dados e identificar tendências e padrões associados aos diversos processos e práticas RH, nomeadamente a nível de engagement, formação, recrutamento, desenvolvimento de competências, políticas salariais, turnover, conformidade, bem-estar, entre outros. 
  • Promover ativamente uma cultura orientada em dados dentro da equipa de RH e da própria organização.
  • Identificar as fontes de informação RH e o tipo de informação que cada uma fornece, bem como identificar e definir as métricas (KPI’s) a serem seguidas em alinhamento com a estratégia da DRH e dos seus departamentos. 
  • Garantir a integridade, consistência e fiabilidade dos dados provenientes das diferentes fontes de dados.
  • Elaborar dashboards, utilizando Power BI, Python, SQL e/ou outras ferramentas analíticas.
  • Apoiar as equipas RH na automatização de processos manuais;
  • Desenvolver, acompanhar e gerir modelos de machine learning aplicados a desafios reais de RH (ex: previsão de turnover, modelos de retenção, etc) – com recurso a ferramentas como Python – garantindo a sua conformidade com o The Artificial Intelligence Act;
  • Com base em métricas e análises preditivas, recomendar ações de acordo com a estratégia e os objetivos da equipa, contribuindo ativamente para a melhoria da Experiência Colaborador, da atração e da retenção de talento.

About the job

  • The mission of the Senior Business Application Manager  is to support decision-making and business processes by ensuring functional support for a portfolio of Business Applications and by championing their continuous improvement and constant alignment with Business needs.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Be fully resposible for projects to enhance the IS architecture and implementing them throughout the project life cycle, and control their implementation. Be responsible by building documentation and maping the respective requirements

About the job

People Analytics is the AI & Analytics center of expertise for HR. Our goal is to support HR teams in leveraging data to help strategically manage activities and improve employee experience. To achieve this, People Analytics use a AI & Analytics platforms for data processing, visualization and AI. People Analytics offers analyses, dashboards, predictive models, and digital solutions that meet the needs of senior management, HR teams, and business units. 

Within People Analytics, you will join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of about forty collaborators, working in Paris and Lisbon in an agile mode. You will work with other data experts (including data quality analysts, data engineers, data scientists) and will be in constant contact with other HR experts.

Your Main Activities Are

As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining reliable data pipelines to industrialize HR analyses and models, following the agile methodology in a Data platform that meets the long-term needs of the function. You will work closely with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and the IT team to understand data, security, and access needs by defining and applying standards that ensure data fluidity and trust in the produced analyses. 

In this context, you will ensure compliance with Data and Analytics governance principles, as well as standards in terms of architecture, management, quality, integrity, and data protection. You will contribute to industrialization by setting up the validation process and paying particular attention to delivering robust, ethical, and trustworthy products. You will also maintain a continuous improvement dynamic.

Aditionally, you will continue to improve your expertise and contribute to the development of the Analytics transformation of the HR department. Finally, you will also clearly communicate actionable recommendations orally and in writing through reliable and quality deliverables.

YOUR TEAM / WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position is to be filled within the People Analytics team at Group HR;

You will join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of about forty collaborators, working in an agile mode with all the AI&Analytics experts (Data Analyst, Data Engineer, AI Business Analyst, Data project manager, Data Scientist, Data quality analyst, Product Owner…), and will be in contact with other HR department collaborators.
