  • The P2P Process and project analyst is in charge of functional designing, implementing, maintaining and supporting the standard sourcing to pay solutions platform and related processes, until accounting feeding. The analyst intervenes on several SAP platforms and modules to contribute to convergence to a unique Core model

Your Main Activities Are

  • Ensure functional analysis of different modules of the application in line with the sourcing to pay Core Model
  • Capture business requirements and propose the most adequate functional solution within SAP standards and respective Core Model; liaise with IT in case of adaptation and document request; Define, develop and execute client dashboard data, and operational KPI reporting data
  • Define both testing and migration strategies & planning, providing test scenarios and follow up on UAT testing activities, including for new deployment projects
  • Follow the release management calendar and do planning follow up with IT teams (contribution to team leader)
  • Accompany internal clients on the right use of the solutions, including documentation and training sessions for end users or operational teams
  • Handle incident management as part of level2 support
  • Provide updated process documentation
  • Manage Non Regression Test methodology, platforms, and tools as part of product evolutions
  • Maintain the Group master data management (Chart of Account, Assets categories, VAT codes)
  • Manage the interface with the accounting reconciliation tool between SAP and the General Ledger

  • EQFI trade support team is the first level of trading control, highly driven to mitigate operational risk. Within Global Market Operations and working with desks across the world – New-York, London, Tokyo, Hong-Kong, Paris and Lisbon, EQFI is the trade Support for London and Paris trading desks in which concerns the equity financing scope. Our mission is to maintain the operational risk at the lowest level taking in consideration a mindset oriented to the client’s satisfaction externally and internally. The main target is to guaranty to trading the accuracy of their position, their transactions and events on the products hold in their books and by the bank
  • Its main missions are: 
    • Manage the trade processing for Forward Trading activities

About the job

  • The Profit and Loss (P&L) Controller will be in charge of producing and validating the daily and/or monthly Economical P&L and related P&L Explains. It will be required to establish effective working relationships with both Front Office and other areas of support (e.g. Back Office, Market Risk, Finance & IT). This will allow for an integrated and proactive approach to the business’ requirements. P&L teams, as part of the Product Control department, provides a full and dedicated support to the various ALM/T and Global Market Trading Desks located in Europe, New York, Singapore or Hong-Kong
     
     

Your Main Activities Are

  • Produce and validate the official Economical P&L figures and the related P&L explains (market move, new deals, etc.) and investigate the discrepancies with the Front Office Predict when available
  • Review the P&L Explain in depth and correct wrong effect if no technical solution can be found to overturn the misallocation
  • Review the Risk based market P&L and analyse differences against the P&L Explain until the gap is understood and documented
  • Review the split of the economic PNL in liquidity and rate effects for ALMT perimeters
  • Produce Hedge accounting controls for finance and FO where applicable
  • Submit the P&L for Sign-off to the Front office officer
  • When possible, challenge and enhance existing processes
  • Ensure high levels of ethics and professionalism are maintained both personally and in the team. Build and maintain internal relationships based on trust, respect and professionalism

  • The Sanctions and Embargoes Level A Officer’s mission is to perform the first, quick triage of alerts produced by the Group’s Sanctions & Embargoes payments filtering system.
