- Based in Lisbon, the Sales and Trading Assistant Team for EMEA Structured Products is an extension of the sales teams based in Europe charged with assisting the team in their daily activities, working in close proximity with each sales person to deliver quality service and products to our clients. - The AML L2 Officer’s mission is to perform an initial review of alerts escalated by AML L1, followed by more in-depth investigations for alerts that warrant an in-depth investigation
- AML L2 Officers can decide either to close a case (subject to a 4-eyes review) or escalate to AML L3 Local Compliance Teams those cases which may warrant the filing of Suspicious Activity Reports or in any case indicate conduct which appears to sit outside the Group’s risk appetite
Your Main Activities Are
- Deliver a timely and efficient investigation of alerts escalated by AML L1 by ensuring alerts are correctly prioritised by order of date or risk category and by handling the alerts efficiently, working effectively with internal stakeholders to obtain all relevant information
- Conduct diligent desktop research to assess relevant data for each alert which will often include KYC, payment details, account activity, clients’ counterparts’ business activity, records of counterparts’ owners and directors, location and choice of payment vehicle

- The Senior KYC Officer’s (SKYCO) primary focus is to act as the first level of control (1B) in reviewing, advising and validating on KYC (Know Your Client) due diligence assessment of prospective and existing clients. The SKYCO is also accountable for ensuring all relevant stakeholders sign-offs
Your Main Activities Are
- Perform data control and KYC file review: Validates correct data entry into the KYC tools based on the due diligence conducted and controls documentation format and content, to ensure adherence to due diligence guidelines
- Refers to relevant team members and/or managers to highlight data inconsistency and suggest methods of resolution. In addition, identifies root causes impacting the quality and the trainings needs

- Ensures timely escalation and owns proposed course of actions to line management to address identified risks and blocking points during such processes

Integrado no Departamento de IT Service Delivery, terás como missão atuar como garante da produção durante todos os ciclos de projetos/iniciativas/desenvolvimento de produtos, contribuindo para a definição da solução técnica e estabilidade dos ambientes técnicos (produção/não produção) e fazendo o acompanhamento e supervisão destas mesmas soluções.
As principais responsabilidades são:
- Participar na definição de soluções técnicas baseadas em produtos e serviços existentes, integrando os requisitos de produção e de segurança.
- Partilhar os teus conhecimentos sobre os serviços de produção e a infraestrutura em benefício das aplicações, aconselhando a adoção de tecnologias em função das necessidades das aplicações;

- Assegurar a disponibilização de recursos de produção e infraestruturas facilitando o deployment de soluções;

Na prática, o teu dia-a-dia
A tua missão será a de elaborar e submeter (dentro dos prazos estabelecidos) os reportes mensais e trimestrais ao BdP, Autoridade Tributária e grupo BNPP, bem como realizar operações contabilísticas, declarações fiscais, impostos e reportes ao Banco de Portugal e Central assegurando a fiabilidade da informação financeira produzida e garantindo a aplicação das normais legais e prudenciais.
Irás ainda efetuar controlos e reconciliação de contas sob a tua gestão, e assegurar a fiabilidade da informação financeira produzida e de acordo com as normas legais e prudenciais.
Terás como principais responsabilidades:
- Proceder à elaboração das Demonstrações Financeiras;
- Realizar reportes mensais e anuais para consolidação de contas do grupo BNPP;
- Preparar os fechos de contas mensais, trimestrais e anuais da entidade, realizando as operações de fecho do mês, garantindo os procedimentos inerentes de rotinas, validações, registos e análises;
- Assegurar o preenchimento e cumprimento das declarações fiscais e legais dentro dos prazos estabelecidos (IRC, IES, IVA, Retenções, SAFT, DMIS, Dossier Fiscal, Relatório Preços de Transferência) e desencadear o processo de liquidação das mesmas;
- Acompanhar as equipas de auditoria interna e externa;
- Assegurar a fiabilidade da informação financeira produzida e garantir a aplicação das normas;
- Registar as escrituras contabilísticas referentes às tuas responsabilidades;
- Participar em projetos transversais de natureza contabilística e financeira que visem a otimização de processos, implementação de regulamentação (BdP, AT ou outros);
- Garantir o controlo e reconciliação de contas contabilísticas;
- Realizar, em coordenação com o responsável de Pólo, propostas de otimização de processos e pedidos de desenvolvimentos informático que permitam responder a desafios existentes na persecução das atividades diárias.

V.I.E Structured Financial Product Specialist – Lisbonne , H/F (French/Flemmish Obligatoire )
Concrètement votre quotidien ?
Vous ferez partie intégrante de BNP Paribas Global Markets et, en collaboration avec les autres équipes front office, vous serez en charge de la promotion des produits structurés sur toutes les classes d’actifs (actions, taux d’intérêt, FX, crédit, etc.) à travers les réseaux de distribution.
Plus précisément, vos missions consisteront à :
- la création de contenus commerciaux et éducatifs en flamand et en français sur toute une gamme de produits et de stratégies d’investissement pour des clients distributeurs principalement belges.
- concevoir et mettre en œuvre les campagnes marketing de nos clients et coordonner l’ensemble des parties prenantes (Structuration, Ventes, Juridique, Conformité, distributeurs, prestataires externes, etc.) ; Agir en tant que chef de projet, responsable de la qualité des contenus et du respect des délais.
- réalisation et suivi régulier d’une veille sur le marché belge et européen des produits structurés
- contribuer au développement de sites web et d’applications mobiles.

Vous rejoindrez BNP Paribas Global Markets, qui regroupe les activités de marché de capitaux de BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking et fournit à ses clients des solutions variées sur différentes classes d’actifs, ainsi que des services avancés.
Vous serez rattaché(e) à l’équipe Marketing Distribution à Paris, mais située à Lisbonne, et vous rejoindrez une équipe qui supporte les différentes équipes Marketing des différentes géographies BNPP (Paris, Londres, Milan, etc.).

About the job
- The Finance Capital Markets Products Controller mission is to ensure the reliability, sincerity, integrity and the exhaustiveness of the accounting delivered by the upstreams chains (Front to Back) and organisation (Operations – Back and Middle Office). This position works actively as a finance business partner
Your Main Activities Are
- Ensure the accounting control level one on a dedicated perimeter of products within your team and ensure proper justification on all accounting control, among which is reconciliation with operations data inventory and reconciliation of sensitives accounts
- Ensure a good collaboration with all partners and animate the relation by anticipating any know issues (pre-closing), as well as ensure fluid communication during closing period and formalize issues and present them in order to avoid them next time (post-closing)
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the control set-up and ensure permanent evolutions are realized in order to avoid manual adjustment
- Formalization of team procedures and operating guides, which include: participation of training and coaching for new joiners; formalization of on-boarding materials; and active participation in management and department staff meetings
- Contribute or lead projects related to the efficiency of the processes and systems, as well as propose new developments or improvements in the existing chain, in order to secure the processes and reduce the operational risk
- Support and cover N-1 during its absences or unavailability on parallel perimeters
