• BNP Paribas Exane is the Cash Equities division of BNP Paribas Global Markets. Within this division, we’re seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our Index Analytics team as a Data Analyst/Researcher. The team is global with members in New York, Hong Kong & London and deals with Assets managers & hedge funds to understand index changes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining predictive models, conducting in-depth research, and analysing complex data to inform decision-making.

Be part of our dynamic International Financial Performance Oversight (IFPO) team! Within the international markets finance perimeter, you will elaborate and optimize the financial risks management through the deployment / update of the second line of defense internal control framework, in accordance with the existing regulations and BNP Paribas Group Finance / Risk internal control guidelines.
YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE IFPO TEAM
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Contribute to the efficiency of the finance activities and controls of the international entities’ finance departments, by performing check & challenge review missions, issuing recommendations and proposing action plans;
- Coordinate and oversee the management of the Finance second line of defense teams on the international markets’ perimeter;
- Contribute to the optimization of the financial risks management through the deployment / update of the second line of defense internal control framework. The perimeter to be covered is Management Accounting at central and international level, in accordance with existing regulations and Finance / Risk internal control guidelines.
- Ensure the review (following a risk-based approach) of the finance processes in order to identify, follow-up, and assess financial risks;
- Contribute to the drafting, promotion and effective application of internal control standards and governance memos within the international entities’ Finance local departments.

- BNP Paribas Securities Services is the bank for financial institutions, handling operational transactions linked to their securities accounts. Your Main Activities Are
- Middle – office

Na dependência hierárquica do Head of Mobility, terás por missão dirigir, impulsionar e participar no desenvolvimento da estratégia das Parcerias de Automóvel e Moto, incluindo a rede de concessionários existentes, seguindo as diretrizes estabelecidas pela área Mobility do BNP Paribas PF, com o objetivo de garantir a consecução dos objetivos quantitativos e qualitativos de produção e rentabilidade.
Terás como principais responsabilidades:
- Garante a implementação dos eixos estratégicos definidos pela Direção Automóvel para a gestão de Marcas Automóvel e Motos (OEM), promovendo ações para a sua realização e gerindo projetos associados, sempre em articulação com as regras de risco da Empresa.
- Assegura a boa manutenção dos Acordos OEM, bem como a prospeção e angariação denovos, de acordo com o definido na política comercial, com o intuito de desenvolver a área de que é responsável, aumentando a quota de mercado e rentabilidade.
- Assume a responsabilidade da conta de exploração (P&L OEM), concretamente garante a realização dos objetivos de volume e qualidade da produção, bem como de rentabilidade associados à sua área de responsabilidade (Parcerias OEM).

- Assume a responsabilidade da estratégia de produto Auto e Motos, tanto produtos financeiros (crédito, leasing e renting), crédito de stock (Wholesale,..), seguros, e de serviços Auto e Motos, bem como o lançamento de novos produtos que antecipem e respondam às necessidades de um mercado em constante mudança.
- Analisa os indicadores de desempenho da atividade, a nível de procura e produção, transformação, rentabilidade e risco, bem como taxas de recurso de crédito, controlando os resultados, acompanhando planos ação, eventuais desvios, e negociações, sempre com espírito critico e inovador.

About the job
- The T2S Settlement Account Manager works within the Securities Transaction Management Department and is responsible for the processing and follow up of the main processes which include pre & post settlement activities, clearing, relevant legal documentation, transaction andevent-related accounting for securities deemed in scope. In the scope of these activities, the Officer interacts with several internal departments, external counter parties and entities
Your Main Activities Are
- Rigorous management of the client transactions by monitoring pending/failed instructions, detecting errors/discrepancies and providing accurate information to clients either via email or phone in accordance to agreements in place
- Develop a deep knowledge of the clients specificities, market requirements, internal processes and tools
- Ensure client specificities databases and internal procedures are known and updated

Na prática, o teu dia-a-dia
A tua missão será realizar e gerir as operações diárias e controlos da atividade de Crédito de stock e wholesale, de acordo com as normas de risco dos países onde prestamos serviço e as diretrizes estabelecidas pelo manager, a fim de atingir os objetivos e prestar um serviço de qualidade aos nossos clientes.
Irás igualmente acompanhar projetos relacionados com o crédito de stock operacional no ISF e nos projetos dos nossos clientes.
Destacamos as principais responsabilidades:
- Ativar linhas de crédito no aplicativo, dependendo do que foi decidido em comité entre o Risco e a área Comercial de cada país.
- Garantir a atividade diária de gestão de linhas (contratos, registos, cancelamentos, bloqueios, modificações e set-ups, pagamentos em excesso, reembolso e em dívida) e de gestão de incidentes.
- Gerir a faturação em todas as diferentes linhas de crédito e atualização de reembolsos no iSF.
- Garantir as atividades estratégicas de Stock Finance (crédito stock e wholesale) dos países de PF, para absorção dos picos de atividade.
- Controlar diariamente a prestação de serviço aos parceiros, tendo por base o suporte especializado e industrialização de processos.
- Controlar, monitorizar, enviar e arquivar a documentação dos veículos que está depositada no SET.
- Elaborar relatórios mensais de fecho, aproveitando a solução PowerBI existente.
- Realizar as ações de otimização planeadas e respetivos testes ao nível operacional do aplicativo iSF.
- Participar em reuniões de projeto com outras áreas ou de novos projetos dos clientes.
- Solicitar os desenvolvimentos necessários do aplicativo iSF para a correta gestão da atividade.
- Cumprir os elevados padrões de qualidade e rigor dos serviços/processos, assim como os SLAs definidos com os clientes.
- Participar na harmonização de processos entre as subsidiárias do iSF, nomeadamente nos processos de revisão contínua, automatização e industrialização.
- Elaborar controles de conformidade: cálculo de encargos financeiros, informações bancárias, garantias e monitorização dos créditos vencidos.

About the job
- The Reconciliation Officer’s main mission is to guarantee and perform the daily control and monitoring of the Bank accounts reconciliation between Back Offices Operations and Custodians databases in accordance with the Group policy, ensuring the objectives and the best practices of the department
Your Main Activities Are
- Perform the daily reconciliation of Cash and Securities accounts
- Investigate and allocate the breaks in the Reconciliation tool to the respective Departments
- Ensure that the breaks are reported to the respective Departments
- Perform the manual matching agreed by internal client, ensuring that the write-off tolerance is respected
- Prioritize the work and conduct investigation with due diligence on all the discrepancies
- Update documented procedures to ensure they are complete and accurate
- Understand and get trained in all the tasks related to the process
- Ensure the Knowledge transfer between the team on a periodic basis
- Participate on Brain Storming and Cross Knowledge sessions and share the best practices and ideas with the team members
- Interact with all needed internal and external entities in order to get additional information for unidentified entries and maintain Communication Channels with internal business teams

Profile and Skills to Success
