About the job

  • Within Finance & Strategy function, Finance Implementation Projects – FIP teams: Lead the end-to-end implementation of business and regulatory projects by responding to Business Line and Finance requirements; Contribute to transformation initiatives according to the Finance strategy; Implement and maintain a harmonized Finance operating model across BNPP Group; Contribute to migration projects relying on the regional set up in Europe, Asia, and Americas; Collaborate with a FIP community worldwide, ensuring a consistent approach of the Finance projects across the geographies

Your Main Activities Are

  • Propose and follow the allocation of the resources to deliver the projects in relation with the budget defined
  • Monitor the budget and staffing ensuring the delivery of the projects 
  • Follow up on the status and the actuals
  • Coordinate the relationship with team leaders in Lisbon and Paris and FIP Regions in order to follow the portfolio and capacity planning
  • Collect, update and analyze the book of work of the team in order to report on the forecast and the landing of the projects 
  • Be the bridge between the team manager and the team leaders 
  • Monitor and coordinate the execution of the different generic controls
  • Analyze and produce a synthesis of the results for the controls put in place, as well as monitor action plans with the team
  • Propose an implementation plan for new controls and evolution of current ones.
  • You will be very active in the preparation of the different presentations for quarterly meetings with our SMS teams in order to report on the projects’ status and will participate to the management meetings

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Master’s degree or Engineering school degree completed
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in project activity as PMO or Business manager
  • Previous experience in banking sector or consulting
  • Proficient knowledge of Office pack (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written
  • Good communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Resilience
  • Ability to develop and leverage networks
  • Ability to set up relevant performance indicators

About the Team

  • FIP teams are composed by 5 teams: FIP Capital Market Products and FIP Banking Products are in charge to drive and deliver end-to-end business and regulatory projects by responding to Business Line and Finance requirements; FIP Standards defines standard guidance and methodology used during projects; FIP Regulatory coordinate regulatory evolutions, studying and defining standard solutions; FIP Change Management Office and Permanent Control is responsible for leading transformation on FIP Global (impacting Paris, Madrid, Lisbon, London and other networks in APAC and AMERICAS)
  • Your team FIP Change Management Office and Permanent Control is composed by a Manager, a Team Leader and 4 PMOs. This team is in charge to monitoring the activity (Budget, staffing, project status, KPI), coordinated and implemented permanent controls, and lead transformation project for FIP global
