- The Referential Client Administration Analyst’s main mission is to audit and validate all new Entities on-boarded in the Central Referential System (CRDS) and guarantee the quality and the integrity of all the data stored in the Referential CRDS and managing, analysing and coordinating Client off-boarding due to end of relation, Mergers and Acquisitions and Liquidations impacting the life Cycle of a Client within the Bank
Your Main Activities Are
- Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders, such as Legal, Risk, Due Diligence, Compliance and Trading desks the migration of assets and liabilities, trades, legal and risk agreements
- Manage internal projects in order to reconcile the data and the business status of a client with external sources, such as Bloomberg, Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF) and national trade registries worldwide
- Manage the off-boarding client process in accordance with defined procedures
- Validate every new entity creation and update in the referential CRDS as per defined procedures
- Provide support and advise to CRDS administration team based in Mumbai
- Perform other setups and controls, including market data and other data in accordance with defined procedures.
- Contribute to KPI on a daily basis and provide visibility on the production and issues to the Management
- Contribute to any project which impact its perimeter whenever required by the Management
Profile and Skills to Success

- The Credit Transformation Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of the Wealth Management Information Technology Transformation (WITT) (Crystal/WITT) program by collaborating with relevant stakeholders. With a primary focus on the Financing Solutions (FS) department from BNP Paribas Wealth Management in Switzerland, this position will concentrate on key topics and tools. - Registration of new contracts and maintenance of existing contracts for EMEA clients as well as provide functional knowledge to the development team for projects impacting the contracts registration
Your Main Activities Are

- Our core function is to provide a single point of contact for client queries for all our electronic products and services. Electronic Client Solutions (ECS) supports clients, trading venues and external counterparties, is responsible for client enablement, Client Support and vendor relationships across all our Ecommerce platforms

Your Main Activities Are

- Relationship with other departments – Sales, Trading and IT Support Teams to manage the configuration of Pricing and Client margin across various platforms
- Business Support: Resolve issues across all BNP Paribas electronic products and services, ensuring a quick and effective resolution
- Ensure clients are connected, being priced and able to trade at all times
- Monitor the status of all systems and electronic trade flows
- Using data-mining analysis tools to identify issues

- Regulatory reporting is the regulator mean to undertake market surveillance. It allows the regulators to identify situations of potential market abuse, insider dealing, price misdirection, systemic risk. Failure to report entirely or accurately can significantly limit the regulators ability to execute his market watch role resulting in severe consequences for the bank or employees. We must ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness of information sent to regulator to reflect the correct firm market activity
- The team is charge of monitoring and control transactions reporting to regulators worldwide on behalf of all group entities
Your Main Activities Are
- Ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and exhaustiveness of the trade reporting by performing a close monitoring (in-house and external systems) of transactions reported
- Tackle for all jurisdictions operational rejections; analyse them and resubmit them when required
