- The New York Exotic Trade Support is the first level of control with a strong operational risk and management approach. These Operations are controlled by a Global Team spread within the main financial hubs such as Paris, New York, Hong Kong and Lisbon. However, Primary is mainly responsible for all Exotic European Trades
Your Main Activities Are
- To minimise operational risks by putting in place the regular and sufficient controls inherent to its position (reporting to relevant teams when needed)
- To escalate to his management, the management of the Front Office and/or permanent control the problems identified
- To maintain as low as possible risk level (financial, reputational, regulatory and legal)
- To make sure production flows seamlessly
- To identify risk areas within the Execution Operations Investment Services Europe (EXO ISE) Trade Support processes and implement new controls where relevant
- To regularly challenge control framework
- To report operational risks to Risk teams and Trade Support Management
- To make sure the teams apply compliance requirements and guidelines
- To ensure procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are up to date and applied by all teams
- To set up and keep up to date Business Continuity Plans (BCP) in conjunction with the Metier and the Processing Centers
- To close audit recommendations within deadlines (if any)

- The mission of RISK Market & Financial Institutions (“RISK MFI”) is to provide the Senior Management of the Group, of the RISK Function and of Global Markets (“GM”) and of Securities and Services with full transparency and dynamic analysis and monitoring of market, counterparty, valuation and liquidity risks originated and managed by CIB and of credit risks on Financial Institutions in order to assist them in their risk decision making and monitoring. As part of RISK Markets & Financial Institutions, the Management and Supervisory Information team sits at the heart of a network of technical and subject matter experts in the fields of market/counterparty risk to turn data into management information. For the MSI analyst the challenge is therefore to be able to engage with market and counterparty risks analyst on complex financial aspects and to then distribute the resulting information into a format that will be presented directly to the CIB senior management, the Group CRO or even the ECB to name a few consumers of MSI’s product. The Management & Supervisory Information Counterparty Risk Team (MSI CCR) is responsible for the identification, measurement and analysis of main credit counterparty risks across asset classes, and the continuing evolution of the MI framework to deliver this. This includes Counterparty Risk Main Positions MI and Meetings, Counterparty Risk sections of the Financial Markets Risk Committee (FMRC), and various contributions to Board-level Risk Committee (CCIRC), MI and regulatory reports for supervisors and other audiences as required. Your main activities are
- Risk analysis and report compilation to support the MI Credit Counterparty Risk team in an accurate and timely manner, performing tasks as delegated, and going beyond core task requirements where opportunities are identified to add further value
- Contribute to production of Credit and Counterparty elements of the monthly FMRC documentation, including key highlights or focus papers in order to meet management needs, identifying key risks for advance discussion, and performing assigned sections with guidance / roadmaps if needed
- Contribute to delivery of CCR Main Positions MI and meetings. Attendance and presentation for meetings, commenting exposures, and identifying key / emerging risks or concentrations, encouraging valuable discussion, including secretarial responsibilities

Your Main Activities Are
- As a Regulatory and Conduct Office Manager, you will participate in various projects provide support within the scope of PIMH activity and this involves:

- The Credit Risk – Regulatory Reporting Specialist is responsible for execution the most complex processes within the Credit & Regulatory Reporting (C&RR) daily activities. - Ser responsável pela gestão do backlog do produto da Squad (Features/Stories);

- Debt Markets (DM) EMEA’s mission is to serve the bank’s corporate and private equity clients, by originating (jointly with Coverage), structuring and executing all Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and syndicated loan transactions (corporate facilities and event-driven transactions), reinforcing BNP Paribas’ position as a leading debt solution provider in Europe

Your Main Activities Are
- Initiation and follow-up of KYC requests and client on-boarding and recertification for primary and secondary trades targeting full completion ahead of the anticipated transaction date

Systematic Strategies and Hybrids team is in charge of the modelization, new developments and support in pricing library for the publication of global markets systematic strategies, complex structured underlyings trading desk, new transactions by solution structuring team. Global Markets Quantitative Data Intelligence (GDI) is a highly motivated team of financial engineers and computer scientists based in Lisbon and Porto, researching and performing quantitative engineering on diverse cross asset topics in equity, interest rates, credit, FX and XVA.
We work on innovative financial models, contribute to pricing libraries, maintain and implement the architecture of closely-knit systems driving the booking and valuation framework of the bank.
Along with the data engineers of Global Client Analytics (GCA) and the GM Data and Artificial Intelligence Lab, we are more than 40 high caliber engineers part of the Global Markets Front Office and we collaborate closely with Trading, Sales, Risk and IT across APAC, EMEA and Americas on daily basis.
