Your Main Activities Are
- We are looking for a passionate and versatile professional to join our team and provide functional and operational support to our Front-Office users.
- You will play a key role in managing IT tools, training users, and facilitating collaboration between various departments (IT, Operations, Finance, etc.).

About the Team
- In the context of the 2025 strategic plan, Wealth Management (WM) has launched a major transformation in order to modernize its Information Technology (IT) platform. This ambitious project consists in modernizing the backbone of our IT platform: replacement of our Core Banking System and upgrade of our Portfolio Management System; moving all our IT assets to the BNPP cloud; moving to a multi entity platform, i.e. the same platform for all countries
- This transformation is sponsored at the group level given the very high stakes it answers at WM level, it will ensure the sustainability of our platform for the decades to come, allow to reduce our cost to serve and improve our time to market for new products; at the Group level, it is an enabler for cross selling with other business lines such as Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), Asset Management (AM) or BNP Paribas Securities Services (BP2S)

- The Network Client Account Manager’s main mission is to act as Specialized Intermediary between all Institutional Investors Clients booked in Luxembourg in all processes related to the Account Life Cycle (ALC) management and the Financial Markets worldwide, working in close collaboration with Internal Stakeholders, namely Client Account Managers, Client Service Managers, Business Implementation and Network Administration
Your Main Activities Are
- Initiate the ALC process (opening, modification and closure) at the Sub-Custodian, while ensuring the identification of services required by the client that may impact the accounts and the related tools
- Verify the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) requirements concerning the account’s opening procedures
- Identify blocking points and coordinate with the KYC SPOC in charge
- Prepare and update the necessary checklist to collect a detailed documentation with the client
- Manage the ALC process at the Sub-Custodian
- Collect the Account Opening Form (AOF) while ensuring its proper completion
- Complete the Account Setup Form (ASF) and any specific forms potentially required by specific teams
- Follow-up on the workflow to identify any risk of blocking point that may influence the Service Level Agreement (SLA) contract as signed with the client
- Coordinate the actions between the different Stakeholders to issue the workflow until its ended point

En tant que Conseiller de recouvrement de crédit, vous travaillerez directement avec les clients du marché français pour obtenir la régularisation rapide des payement en retard, grâce au contact direct et à la négociation, afin d’atteindre les objectifs mensuels établis, en respectant la politique de l’Entreprise pour la régularisation des crédits défaillants et en assurant la qualité du traitement du client, en promouvant sa satisfaction et sa fidélisation, ainsi que la diffusion de l’image positive de l’Entreprise.
Vous aurez comme principales responsabilités :
- Utiliser tous les moyens disponibles (téléphone, canaux écrits, etc.) pour entrer en contact avec les clients, en respectant les normes de conduite. L’activité sera axée sur des campagnes d’appels (inbound et outbound) gérées par les équipes de pilotage.
- Négocier avec les clients des solutions pour régulariser leurs processus, en maintenant un niveau élevé d’exigence.
- Assurer le respect des objectifs de productivité, d’efficacité et de revenus définis dans la politique commerciale.
- Mettre à jour et maintenir à jour toutes les informations relatives aux clients dans les outils disponibles.
- Identifier, au cours de la conversation avec le client, les causes du retard de paiement et réaliser une analyse KYC complète, en proposant une solution adaptée qui vise à régulariser le processus et à éviter la récidive.
- Appliquer de manière continue les connaissances et les compétences acquises.
- Assurer le respect du client, indépendamment de la valeur économique associée, en suivant les procédures et les règles de sécurité, et en démontrant un comportement exemplaire en termes de rigueur, d’intégrité et d’exigence conformément aux valeurs de l’entreprise.
