  • Play an operational role in the day-to-day running of the Group’s international mobility program whose purpose is to manage the transfer of internationally mobile staff from one country to another

Your Main Activities Are

  • Ensure respect of Group internal compliance and code of conduct requirements, as well as Group policies are procedures relating to the team’s activity

  • Securitised Products  (SP) in EMEA covers Asset-Backed Financings (ABF), Real Estate Owned and CMBS, Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLO) and Private Debt Financing. SPG works with Corporate and Institutional clients, to provide them with financing, risk transfer and capital markets access, through securitisation transactions across a range of asset classes
  • The Securitization Portfolio Manager is responsible for the management of BNP Paribas’ securitization financing activities credit risk, resources and profitability on an ongoing basis. Including the day to day management of securitization financing transactions to make sure that risk approved and legally agreed conditions with clients are met. Additionally it is also involved in the overall securitization financing portfolio optimization in terms of profitability, risk and capital assessment.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Credit Management of the securitisation portfolio: Understand and analyse the transactions’ structure, credit risk and profitability; Write and update credit memoranda for annual reviews, renewals, amendments and waivers; participate in credit committees; Update quarterly securitisation watchlist reports and monitor transaction performance and review transaction risks (e.g. changes in concentrations, performance relative to triggers, covenant compliance, etc.)
  • Portfolio Management of the securitisation portfolio: Assist in executing, closing and onboarding new transactions, including preparation of internal documentation and booking and control of funding requests; Maintain portfolio reports ‒ including exposure breakdowns, risk dashboards, P&L (Profit and Loss), capital and liquidity usage, transactions calendars and review and contribute to regulatory capital calculation

About the Job

  • Global Securitised Products (GSP) covers several businesses, including Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) & Private Debt Financing. SPG works with corporate and institutional clients, to provide them with financing, risk transfer and capital markets access, through securitisation transactions across a range of asset classes.

Your Main Activities Are

Credit Management of the securitisation portfolio:

•         Create and update credit memos for new and existing transactions, and participate in credit committees

•         Monitor transaction performance, update and review quarterly performance and watchlist reports

•         Understand and ensure compliance with evolving internal credit and rating methodologies

•         Analyse and assess the non-financial risks associated with the transactions

Portfolio Management of the securitisation portfolio:
