  • Manage Corporate Actions events and client enquiries, by respecting the established Service Level Agreement (SLA) and operational procedures 
  • Manage clients’ relationship with BNP Paribas through the safekeeping of their assets and management of corporate events 
  • Provide high quality of service by being the point of contact for our clients by managing: Request for Proposal (RFP) and Onboarding Process; Queries and Support throughout the lifecycle of a corporate event; Service Level Agreement Fullfilment; Client Instructions for corporate events

Your Main Activities Are

  • Ensure all Corporate Actions setups, instructions and payments are processed while meeting standards established by the Bank and the team’s procedures 
  • Guarantee the four-eyes checking principle whenever is necessary and without any form exception 
  • Guarantee that all procedures are updated on an ongoing basis, taking into account market, service and product changes and/or potential risk factors 
  • Develop knowledge of existing markets, their changes and financial instruments by making regular use of various information sources (Market Updates, Client Updates, market announcements, among others) 
  • Process and/or forward late instructions to relevant teams via the appropriate channels, keeping track of them until duly processed. Reach out to and communicate with relevant teams when necessary, in order to gather/clarify information about how to instruct and overcome any issue affecting the instruction process 
  • Resolve all incoming queries providing initial acknowledgment in line with clients’/branches’ SLA and issue quality responses based on established criteria
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to clients in relation to Corporate Action events, ensuring support in case of complex operations 
  • Maintain client details’ updated in all necessary tools and contact list databases 
  • Prepare due diligence visit (DDV) presentations and participate in client calls/visits 
  • Be active in the continuous improvement of the team’s processes, proposing and defining projects for improving service; participate in User Acceptance Testing in order to contribute to system upgrades and its development and formalise evolutions detected with clients (organisation, activity, among others) and advise supervision and management

  • Acknowledge and follow up all requests from clients, either for relief at source or reclaim purpose, create and prepare fiscal documentation whenever enhanced offer is in place for such clients and perform the necessary validations on the system and if applicable, communicate it to our custodian network.   • The Back Office (BO) for Corporate Structured Credit provides servicing activities related to syndicated loans or complex bilateral credits. About the job

  • The Cyber Security Senior Officer’s mission is to ensure IT and Cyber risks are managed properly. It plays a key role in securing information systems. By monitoring, detecting, investigating, analysing, and responding to security events, this Officer is focused on the adaptations, deployment and maintenance of the IT and Cyber Risk Management Reference Framework

Your Main Activities Are

  • Identify, assess, and prioritise cyber risk across the IT project portfolio and production environments, ensuring alignment with BNP Paribas Group and CIB security policies, ISO 27001/27005, ISO 31000 and other relevant standards
  • Design end to end security architectures (network, application, data and cloud) that embed security controls from the outset. Produce security blueprints, reference architectures, and hardened configuration baselines
  • Act as the primary security advisor to IT delivery teams, product owners, and business units. Translate technical security requirements into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders
  • Review security deliverables (risk assessments, threat models, test results, architecture diagrams) submitted by security analysts and engineering teams. Conduct independent security assessments and provide remediation road maps
  • Lead deep dive analyses of complex, cloud centric security scenarios (multi cloud, IaC, containers, serverless). Define cloud specific controls, tooling (CSP native, CSPM/CSA, secret management) and integration patterns
  • Identify gaps in existing security processes and champion continuous improvement initiatives. Leverage AI/ML tools (automated threat intel enrichment, anomaly detection, code review assistants) to increase efficiency and accuracy of security reviews
  • Conduct security workshops, trainings and “security champion” programs across the organisation. Contribute to the internal security knowledge base and best practice documentation

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Security / Engineering or related
  • At least 8 years of experience in Cyber Security / Security Architecture / Senior Advisory or similar
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral
  • Basic notions of French
  • Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27000 series, ISO 27005, ISO 31000 and familiarity with NIST CSF or equivalent frameworks; strong understanding of application, data, and infrastructure architecture (micro services, APIs, container orchestration, zero trust networks); experience securing AWS, Azure and/or GCP environments (IAM, networking, encryption, secure Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines); familiarity with vulnerability management, SIEM, DLP, CSPM/CSA, SAST/DAST and IAM governance tools; understanding of investment banking services, regulatory expectations (PSD2, GDPR, PCI DSS) and the typical threat landscape; experience evaluating or integrating AI based security solutions (threat intel bots, automated risk scoring, code analysis assistants)

About the job

  • The Asset Services Officer is in charge of tracking and following-up corporate actions, incomes and, related taxes purposes on behalf of clients (hedge funds). Aimed to capture events, setup related tracking files, coordinate impacts across the different recipients and products affected and, to ensure reconciliations across key dates until payments reconciled for accounting purpose 
      

Your Main Activities Are

  • Follow-up and capture events announcements across all markets. Analyse terms prior to transmit notifications to clients and guarantee client events notifications and terms of the offer
  • Collect clients’ elections, or lenders for voluntary corporate actions and, ensure the transmission of voluntary elections and options choices to custodians, respecting any timeline and/or deadline cut-offs
  • Ensure accuracy of treatment and bookings for events’ operations within the booking and accounting systems
  • Process incomes and stocks payments as well claim for receivables, toward any external parties in alignment with group guidelines policies for any wire forms
  • Ensure the right fiscal model is applied along the different records, as per documentations in place, and in close collaboration with internal teams and custodians/agents
  • Keep on documenting all procedures in place to stick regulations, markets updates and, process evolutions. Control books and records at the different events lifecycle stages and until its pay date
  • Follow and resolve any outstanding items in a timely manner with relevant escalation procedure applicable and compliance duties. Contribute in all control plan protocols according to the local operational risk policies
  • Deep understanding of United Kingdom client asset protection (CASS) and Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) custody rules (derived from Markets In Financial Instruments Directive)

  • Play an operational role in the day-to-day running of the Group’s international mobility program whose purpose is to manage the transfer of internationally mobile staff from one country to another

Your Main Activities Are
