  • Within RISK, the Global Practice RISK IRC is in charge of the independent review of the credit, market, counterparty, insurance and operational risks as well as the RISK ORC function of RISK. Risk Independent Review (RISK IR) is the team responsible for the independent review of the risk measurement systems for the risks covered by RISK IRC. These reviews can take different forms (ex-ante / ex-post, driven by a regulatory objective or not, methodology / implementation) and are more or less exhaustive according to the subjects treated. Within RISK IRC, the team Framework, Processes & Systems (FPS) is in charge of, among other things, the review of all the BNP Paribas Group’s processes and information systems (central and local) contributing to the measurement of credit, market or counterparty risks. Your Main Activities Are

  • Guarantee applicability of regulatory standards, internal procedures, internal systems and compliance
  • Performing review and analysis works, assessing risks for all types of risk measurement systems on the reviewed perimeter

  • The Credit Risk Monitoring Specialist position is part of the Credit Risk Monitoring team of RISK Markets and Financial Institutions (MFI) who monitors credit risk exposures to ensure the bank respects its risk appetite. About the job

  • The Back Office (BO) for Corporate Structured Credit provides servicing activities related to syndicated loans or complex bilateral credits. This includes loans to customers of different Business Lines. Complex credit transactions are booked in the credit management system and then transferred, after the first drawdown, to the Back Office (BO) for Corporate Structured Credit located in Lisbon for the servicing of the live cycle events of the credit. The Loan Servicing Officer is responsible for managing all events linked to deal lifecycle, which encompasses managing bookings and updates of the loan management system

  • The Referential SSI Officer’s main mission is to perform Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) data maintenance in the systems within the team scope

Your Main Activities Are

  • Manage and support Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) setup requests sent by the several teams within Settlement Systems Departments, including client reach out by phone and email, ensuring the information provided is complete and in accordance with the client details and with defined procedures and Compliance rules

  • The Senior Project Manager main mission is to bring deep functional expertise on the business side, solid regulatory and compliance knowledge, and a good understanding of BNP Paribas’ culture and operational framework. Will be part of the DRIVE Americas team and support project requests originating from Global Markets Americas

Your Main Activities Are

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from initial framing through study, design, execution, and final completion, ensuring quality standards and required sign offs
  • Define project governance, establishing the appropriate governance model, obtaining stakeholder approvals, and setting clear decision making structures to drive the project toward success
  • Create and monitor detailed project plan, track critical path, manage dependencies and proactively address unplanned events or risks
