  • The Settlement Processing Analyst’s mission is to process the Securities Transaction Management Department main settlement processes, namely pre and post settlement activities, clearing, relevant legal documentation, transaction and event-related accounting for securities deemed in scope
     

Your Main Activities Are

  • Within Prime Services, our Risk Management team plays a critical role in managing portfolio risk and determining the amount of leverage we can offer clients. Inserido na Direção de Sistemas de Informação, o Senior Fullstack Developer irá integrar uma das squads da Tribo Day2Day, em contexto Agile/Scrum. Terá como missão planear, implementar, testar e evoluir soluções informáticas, contribuindo para projetos estratégicos e iniciativas de manutenção evolutiva e corretiva, em alinhamento com as necessidades do negócio, as orientações de arquitetura e as recomendações de segurança.

As suas principais responsabilidades são:

  • Realizar análise técnica, estimar, planear, implementar e testar soluções informáticas no contexto de projetos estratégicos ou de pedidos de manutenção corretiva e evolutiva, assegurando qualidade, segurança, performance e manutenção aplicacional.
  • Organizar e gerir as suas atividades de forma autónoma, garantindo o cumprimento dos objetivos, prazos e standards técnicos definidos, bem como a identificação e comunicação atempada de riscos, desvios ou bloqueios relevantes.
  •  Participar nas cerimónias Agile/Scrum e nas reuniões de acompanhamento da equipa, contribuindo para a definição de planos de ação, identificação de dependências, antecipação de riscos técnicos e apoio à squad na resolução de temas complexos.

  •  Apoiar a realização de testes de certificação/qualidade e acompanhar os testes UAT, corrigindo os bugs identificados.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Supporting team in preparing documentation, filling in templates, validation requests
  • Gathering preparatory information for HR initiatives and ad hoc exercises
  • Collecting, analysing data, checking, chasing and completing data requests
  • Data quality checks, reconciliations, checking information in HR tools, correcting inconsistencies and/or chasing the relevant departments to correct them
  • Extract relevant KPIs and prepare reports for each HR BP to analyse

About the job  

  • Reporting to the Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) CCCO (Chief Conduct and Control Officer) Central team, the Procedures Officer plays a key role in supporting the CCCO community across business lines and functions worldwide
  • This role contributes to the standardisation, management, and continuous improvement of the global procedures framework, ensuring procedures are consistent, up-to-date, and aligned with Group and CIB requirements. The position helps drive process efficiency, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence by collaborating with relevant stakeholders across the organization
  • To achieve its mission, the Procedures Officer will liaise with a network of Procedure Correspondents disseminated in the various CIB entities

Your Main Activities Are  

  • Ensure timely publication of procedures within the central repository
  • Monitor the lifecycle of procedures, including managing renewal deadlines and proactively engaging stakeholders to avoid overdue documentation
  •  Support the maintenance and continuous enhancement of policies by deploying the Quality Assurance Framework to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement
  • Track data quality issues, coordinate remediation actions, and follow up actively to ensure effective resolution, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  •  Act as the primary point of contact with Single Point of Contact (SPOCs) and Procedure correspondents to uphold quality standards
  •  Prepare reports to track work progress, monitor identified issues and oversee their resolution
  •  Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data insights to enhance procedural quality, consistency, and efficiency
  •  Prepare and disseminate across CIB communications regarding newly published or updated L1 & L2 Group procedures applying to CIB

  •  Assist in central CIB procedures governance activities, including preparing governance materials and presentations

About the job

  • Resources and Portfolio Management (RPM), part of Securitized Products Group, focuses on risk transfer solutions for capital and risk management within BNPP. It identifies internal clients’ needs, structuring optimal solutions and finding market capacity, in collaboration with Origination & Structuring and Syndicates to deliver effective execution. RPM leverages expertise in capital management, structuration, and credit insurances to support active portfolio management. This includes resource monitoring, portfolio analysis, optimization for revenue, risk, and capital efficiency, and managing insurance distribution
  • The Data Analyst for Securitization and Insurance is part of Data Solution and Modelling (DSM) team which oversees developing and structuring the data offering as well as providing data insight and analytics to related stakeholders within RPM. Involved in every step of RPM’s product lifecycle, DSM plays a central role in accelerating and securing the activity

Your Main Activities Are

  • Data feed and setup: keep the architecture up and running at all time, monitor data feeding performance, verify that all related processes are functioning as per their specification and any gaps from DSM’s target operating model must be identified, documented, remediated and raised to the manager’s attention
  • Automation & maintenance of RPM BAU tools: review and document all exiting code, migrate SQL and Qlik algorithm to the Python ecosystem, develop new Python code according to the need and/or adapt existing code to new data structures. Overall maintain all existing code and correct bugs and actively maintain code versioning

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Master’s Degree in Data Science, Applied Maths or Similar
