About the job

  • As a web developer, you will develop into ServiceNow platform to build web-based workflows apps automating business process.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Communication with the Product Owner and their Business Analyst for the comprehension of the developments to do

  • Participation to workshops with process owners to propose a strategy of automation in Service Now, estimate cost and planning

  • Management of the technical documentation of the developments

  • Management of developments and configurations of user stories

  • Working of defects link to the development

  • Actively contribution to Release management (runbooks, release presentations)

  • Environment management (update sets)

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on project status

  • Report to the team head the progress on the different projects

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and working in a SaaS environment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Knowledge on Agile SCRUM methodologies

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude and experience working with diverse team

  • Good level in English is required (speaking, reading and writing)

  • Experience as ServiceNow workflow Creator ( App Engine workflow) , with following skills would be appreciated :

    • Customer Service Portals for App Engine workflows (++)

    • Ui Builder for Custom Workspace and Portals (++)

    • Custom Workflows using Flow Designer (++)

    • Custom Reporting and Dashboards (+)

    • Performance analytics & Reporting (+)

    • Knowledge of CSDM for data modelling and data management (+)

  • French language knowledge will be appreciated
