About the job
  • The mission of the Unauthorized Trading Controller is to ensure conduct and regulatory second level controls within LOD1 on Sales and traders activities, and maintain Optimus referential dedicated to book/portfolio and Trader/sale mandates
Your Main Activities Are
  • Contribute to a strong and resilient control framework within BNP Paribas
  • Identify and analyze several financial transactions to discover potential breaches and proposing possible solutions
  • Minimize the operational risks and the risks of fraud by keeping a critical eye on their processes
  • Facilitate communications with other teams and functions, conduct, tax, legal, compliance, as required
  • Confidence in the setup and presentation of meetings at different levels
  • Oversee ad-hoc queries arising from Management, Business, within a Global Remit
  • Confidence in the setup and presentation of meetings at different levels
  • Coordinating Monthly statistical reporting and KPI management
  • Closely monitors and controls these indicators to ensure their relevance and reliability
  • Produces synthesis, analysis and reporting adapted to the target objectives
Profile and Skills to Success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • Up to two years of professional experience in Banking and Financial Operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office Pack Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of Financial Markets – Trading
  • Knowledge of Middle Office Operations
  • Teamwork
  • Communications skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to develop and adapt a process
  • Results driven
