About the job

The team is looking for a trainee profile whose mission will be to contribute to the COO Department strategic projects, tasks and initiatives where the team is involved, bringing fresh perspectives, ideas and insights, aiming to achieve collective goals and deliverables, but also allowing the trainee to build his/hers own professional path by learning from experienced team members.

The trainee will rotate between two different scopes, within the COO department, throughout the entire internship.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Act as key contributor in strategic projects and business management deliverables
  • Add resource value and ensure full adaptability to the hosting teams’ needs, namely in projects and tasks where you will be integrated
  • Perform data analysis, collecting improvement points, and develop documents and/or presentations for specific purposes
  • Promote team spirit

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Academic degree in Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Project Management or related areas
  • English fluent
  • Expert in Microsoft Office pack
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized
  • Energetic, proactive, determined, able to drive change, positive attitude and results oriented
  • Act with integrity, discretion, privacy and confidentiality
  • Great team spirit
