About the job

·         Service Delivery Manager – IT Team Leader mission is to provide direction and set the organization for the team, by providing guidelines and constructing processes, as well as guiding the team members to reach business goals. As the first line in charge of people development, has the mission support the team throughout the path in the organization, in terms of performance, motivation and professional growth. Additionally be responsible for service continuity and availability and for steering the run performance.

Your Main Activities Are

·         Manage the activity from a business and team management standpoint, providing estimations and planning for activities in development, reporting of the necessary KPI of the activity and ensure team alignment in the proper accomplishment of the team’s results

·         Be an active contributor in the development of new projects and stakeholder’s relationship, while acting as well in the support of transversal projects designed to foster the overall efficiency objectives

·         Support, develop and empower team members, focusing the attention on their individual skillset, aspirations and development needs, in order to capacitate them to the current role and future challenges

·         Lead the team to ensure cooperation and consistency across locations to fulfil and reach expected level of Data quality, and to build relevant & prioritized action plans

·         Ensure strategy and production practices are properly and homogeneously implemented in his Team cross locations

·         Management of all team members and organization related topics: Workload planning and distribution (including  management of staff holidays, absences, back-ups schemes), follow up on recruitment processes, mobility’s and newcomers; evaluate daily work and write annual appraisals; follow up on each group member’s performance and motivation

·         Coordinate people involved in production to guarantee the quality of the applications’ and infrastructures’ operations

·         Build a trusted relation with project & Business partners with a formal follow up and mutual prioritization process of Production topics

·         Guaranteeing the proper functioning in everyday use of applications and infrastructures serving the Businesses

Profile and Skills to Success

·         Academic backgound in Information Technology or Computer Science

·         Solid experience in Business/IT relationship and production operation steering

·         Personal Impact / Ability to influence others

·         Ability to inspire others and generate people’s commitment

·         Client focused

·         Ability to collaborate / Teamwork

·         Fluency in English, written and spoken
