About the job

The CIB EMEA COO office is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the reporting and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at both country and regional levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and monitoring systems, together with the support of data analysts, IT and other teams, that provide timely and actionable insights to Senior Management and other stakeholders. The role requires excellent communication and project management skills as well as a good understanding of data analysis and visualization.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Reporting Design & Development
    • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and monitoring systems that provide data and insights to Senior Management and other stakeholders
    • Develop and implement data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Business Metrics Analysis & Monitoring
    • Monitor and maintain data quality metrics, standards and consistency across the organization. Domains will notably include Revenues, Capital, Operational Risk Indicators, Costs and FTE
    • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of KPI data, including data from multiple sources and systems
    • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of dashboards, reports, and monitoring systems, and make improvements and enhancements as needed 
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with data analysts and other stakeholders to identify, analyse, and report on KPIs that are relevant to the Head of CIB, Head of EMEA territories and the CIB EMEA COOs
    • Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure seamless integration of data sources and systems, and to troubleshoot any data-related issues
  • Stakeholders’ Management & Governance
    • Provide training and support to stakeholders on using dashboards, reports, and monitoring systems, and on understanding KPIs and data insights
    • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for data management, reporting, and monitoring, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements

 Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management or a related field
  • 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or visualization, with a focus on KPIs and dashboarding
  • English fluent with strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex data issues
  • Experience with data management and reporting, notably the Microsoft Office suite
  • Understanding of data analysis and reporting principles, including data quality, data governance, and data security
