- Centralize and manage the roll-out of regulatory topics, such as New Definition of Default, Basel IV, IFRS9, Loan Origination and Monitoring, together with other Risk topics such as Debtor limits management, Asset Quality (credit risk early detection on our third parties), Provisioning on Default Portfolio, etc.
- Ensure product expertise for RISK Factoring target IT assets, and in particular
- Represent RISK needs towards other Factoring IT assets (core factoring system, global Datawarehouse, third parties referential, etc.)
- Ensure the management of Parameter tables (by taking specific country needs into account)
- Gather the country needs and provide IT with Business requirements
- Perform User Acceptance Tests and care for change management
- The RISK Officer will be notably involved in the migration of Factor France to the new IT architecture, first major step of One Factoring program.
- Bachelor’s degree economic, math, economics
- Fluent in French and English
- Demonstrated effective ability to work within a network organization
- Business/RISK oriented approach
- Analytical skills & sound judgement
- Ability to query and design reports through a Business Intelligence (BI) tool, such as Business Objects, Tableau
- Experience in Credit Risk management
- Change management skills
- Behavioral competences
- Be rigorous and accurate: constantly attentive to the precision and thoroughness of the information sent and to the quality of the work; ensure that errors are minimized
- Be ready to dig into detailed regulation regarding the topics under management
- Be an excellent relationship builder: need to have a good partnership with RISK central functions, local entities and Factoring business units
- Ability to find consensus balancing the target followed and the local specificities
