  • Quality and Process Officer – IT Team Leader mission is to provide direction and set the organization for the team, by providing guidelines and constructing processes, as well as guiding the team members to reach business goals. As the first line in charge of people development, has the mission support the team throughout the path in the organization, in terms of performance, motivation and professional growth. Additionally help design and document the process, in compliance with BNP Paribas’s IT Governance. They help with their deployment by providing support, advice and coaching, then ensures compliance with these processes within organizations. Lastly, they contribute to their development by setting up a continuous improvement loop.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Manage the activity from a business and team management standpoint, providing estimations and planning for activities in development, reporting of the necessary KPI of the activity and ensure team alignment in the proper accomplishment of the team’s results
  • Be an active contributor in the development of new projects and stakeholder’s relationship, while acting as well in the support of transversal projects designed to foster the overall efficiency objectives
  • Support, develop and empower team members, focusing the attention on their individual skillset, aspirations and development needs, in order to capacitate them to the current role and future challenges
  • Management of all team members and organization related topics: Workload planning and distribution (including  management of staff holidays, absences, back-ups schemes), follow up on recruitment processes, mobility’s and newcomers; evaluate daily work and write annual appraisals; follow up on each group member’s performance and motivation
  • Play a key role in building the IT process reference framework and tools. Operationally adapt the Group-level IT processes for their entity
  • Provide assistance, give advice and coaching to staff and organizations within the framework of the deployment
  • Coordinate the continuous improvement loop for IT processes
  • Perform assessments and review the risks, related to processes and tools, on the entity’s projects and portfolios in line with the Group’s rules adapted for the entity

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s in Information Technology and Computer Science
  • At least 5 year of experience in Information Technology
  • Fluent in English, capable of maintaining a fluent conversation
  • Data Usage and Analytical oriented
  • Availability and customer orientation skills
  • Strong analytical mind, problem solving, planning and organization skills
  • Excellent attention to details, Rigor and Accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
