About the job

·         The Production Security Relationship Manager will integrate a multidisciplinary team (2S IT Production – COO – Audit & Risks) with various skills around cybersecurity, IT risks & controls. He will promote and ensure security topics are well understood and carried out by the APS teams . Bringing his background on these topics, he will be mainly acting as a facilitator between the various cybersecurity teams of CIB, IT Group on one hand, and the IT production teams of Securities Services on the other hand, with a major goal to mature the cyber-hygiene, accelerate the remediation plans and conduct several controls and checks

·         With the increase of cybersecurity threats, combined with the importance of the regulatory constraints, the main stake of the position is to enhance the cyber maturity of IT Production and the Infrastructure of CIB – Securities Services.

Your Main Activities Are

·         Acting as Single Point of Contact for CIB 2S, the main activity is to coordinate, facilitate and follow-up in relation with the CIB ITO ProdSec, CIB ITO IT Continuity and ITGP ProdSec Teams.

·         Animate the community, provide awareness/training to acknowledge APS stakeholders and ensure they understand topics and related requirements

·         Assistance to stakeholders when they encounter difficulties

·         Support 2S APS teams in:

·         Identity & Access Management / Privileged Access Management (CyberArk/Safes, SAAM, Sailpoint/MyIAM) – definition of new profiles / access roles, evolution of the technical access model, regular-basis controls, discrepancies identification, SoD exceptions and High Privileges tracking

·         Production Security – Vulnerability management, Antivirus, Sanitary Reboots, Hardening, Related remediation action plans

·         IT Continuity – DR Group exercises (CIB, Group / Local DR/ Regional DR: IT Cloud/DMZr/IV2), DRP steering, BRT (Backup Restore Tests) follow-ups

Profile and Skills to Success

·         Academic backgound in Information Technology or Computer Science

·         Global knowledge of IT infrastructure: Systems (Linux, Windows, Cloud), Networks, Security services

·         Production Security background – vulnerability, patch management, antivirus monitoring, hardening principles

·         Knowledge of Cyber Security and Risk culture, Cyber Awareness, Cyber Controls

·         Analytical ability

·         Attention to detail

·         Results oriented

·         Ability to collaborate / Teamwork

·         Fluency in English, written and spoken
