About the job

  • The Source to Pay (S2P) Supporting Solutions Team Leader is in charge of leading a team of Support Officers on Group Strategic Sourcing platforms and to foster and monitor performance of the service provided to the worldwide GSS users

Your Main Activities Are

  • Lead a team of Supporting Officers (across different GS2S Systems)
  • Support and Development of Resources within the team performing regular assessment of team members perform and provide regular feedback to them
  • Ensure proper reporting information to the manager, regarding the team activities
  • Advise internal clients on the right use of the tool, including the production of support documentation and training sessions for end users
  • Handle complex incident management
  • Coordinate, track, handle, and manage all customer requests on RTS (Ticketing) application
  • Ensure the correct implementation of the domain processes within the team and participate on the related governance meetings (to be supported by the Manager)
  • Provide and manage authorisations for each application and user profiles
  • Ensure the production of Permanent Control Level 1 controls with at least satisfactory results
  • Ensure proper documentation update

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology and Computer Science
  • At least 4 years of Experience in Accounting and Finance, Client Management or Information Technology
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence SAP Business Objects
  • Knowledge of Financial Software ERP
  • Knowledge in Finance & Budget – Accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Communication skills – oral & written
  • Attention to detail/rigor
  • Proactivity
  • Ability to develop others & improve their skills
  • Ability to inspire others & generate people’s commitment
