About the job

  • Within Global Markets PM, the Publication team is key in delivering revenues information to multiple interlocutors on a daily basis. The team is working in a close relationship with CIB Senior Management and Global Markets Global Business Lines in Europe, Asia and Amer. The analyst Supervisor supervises the smooth running of the operational tasks, coordinates and organises tasks within the team, communicates  informations his manager, ensures compliance  deadline and help the team to resolve issue

 Your Main Activities Are

  • The analyst Supervisor coordinates and supervises the operationnal tasks , ensure the reports are in compliance, done and sent in time, assist the members of the team in operationnal issues, and communicate with his manager
  • Ensure the Global Markets revenues are published in time on a daily basis, both for front office estimates and actual validated revenues
  • Challenge the data received by Middle Office to ensure consistency of the Global Markets scope
  • Coordinate implementation of new JV, processes within the team
  • Coordinate to the distribution of revenues reports to diverse interlocutors and provide analysis and qualitative explanation
  • Coordinate to the monthly closing every end of month with several issuances of revenues that implies the respect of a tight calendar with multiple contributions
  • Active collaboration with other Finance departments (Reporting, Transfer Pricing, Accounting Controls) and Back-Office areas to ensure consistency and reconciliation of data
  • Partnering with the business managers to define qualitative commentaries of the performance of Global Markets and ensure management needs is reached

 Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics
  • Relevant professional experience in banking and Financial Operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Fluent in English, oral and written
  • Good communication skills and ability to share/pass on Knowledge
  • Attention to detail
