About the job

  • The Reporting & Services Lisbon platform is a key component of the CIB Global Human Resources setup. Our mission is to support the CIB HR activities through administration roles & processes monitoring, permanent and ad-hoc reporting with in addition any new processes not already covered by another team. Our main challenge is to set up strong processes with high-end data quality while keeping flexible and open services for the largest set of demanding clients

Your Main Activities Are

  • L&D support & reporting
    • Provide support to end users in (Management of support mailbox)
    • Follow-up of sessions filling up (period of notice to cancel)
    • Follow-up  of external training registrations
    • Checking and send to the payment of the invoices
    • Follow-up of the training evaluation
    • Manage waiting lists
    • Creation of reports for business on demand
    • Manage the rebilling of the learning activity to the business (cost centres) in link with the Performance Management
    • Preparation of KPI’s to control training and costs for the Human Resources Learning & Development (L&D) department
    • Assign  and follow up of specific trainings for specific populations
    • Follow Up of Language Courses (registration, reporting, etc)
    • Contribution for the creation of the L&D Catalogue
  • L&D tool administration & projects follow-up
    • Setup and follow up of projects from the specifications up to the go live
    • Be the principal point of contact with the tool provider, making the main exchanges regarding the  development needs and the new functionalities available
    • Representing Portugal in meetings regarding My Learning topics
    • Develop and enhance the current processes & services, proposing improvements to better serve our clients

Profile and Skills to Success

  • At least university attendance
  • Up to 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources
  • Very good level of English is required
  • Good command of MS Office tools (Excel and Word)
  • Skills:
    • Organisational skills
    • Ability to collaborate/Teamwork
    • Client focused
    • Communication skills – oral and written
