IT Service Delivery Director (M/F)

In concrete terms, your daily life

Your mission as IT SERVICE DELIVERY DIRECTOR will be to plan and coordinate the continuity and maintenance of the company's information systems, managing and organizing resources and priorities in order to guarantee the quality of the service provided to employees.

These will be your main responsibilities

  • Ensure that the company has the IT means necessary for the development of the activity, in the best quality/price ratio;
  • Propose and manage the Direction budget, in order to detect and quickly correct any deviations;
  • Ensure a correct and complete mapping of assets, planning the management of obsolescence and the implementation of security systems;
  • Ensure a high level of security in the bank's IT systems, in accordance with the BNP Paribas Group's policies and specifications
  • Ensure the management of IT Operational Security and keep all systems under its responsibility duly updated ("patch management")
  • Ensure that there are alternative backup means to ensure the continuity of the company's information systems operation, preparing security and business continuity reports;
  • Is responsible for the quality system (Quality System Management) for the local production processes, managing various aspects related to these processes, ensuring consistency, adaptation of operational rules and implementation of a PDCA cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act);

Also, as Investment Manager:

  • Is responsible for the proposed investment and for identifying the gains and ensuring the return on that investment;
  • Identify the development needs of projects in your area, which you present at the Cross Needs meeting, looking for the gains, synergies and complementarity whenever appropriate;
  • During the concept phase, ensure the definition of the scope and the respective MVP, that the respective financial analysis is performed, the respective budget is ensured and that the investment envelope has been defined according to the objectives;
  • Monitor and support the Project Manager / Product Owner assigned to your project at all stages, acting as a facilitator and decision maker whenever necessary to achieve the results;
  • Based on the analysis of the available capacity, identify the project contributors that guarantee the centralization of all the information and interaction with the Project Manager / Product Owner during the project.

You will report directly to the Chief Information Officer and will be responsible for the IT Service Delivery Department, being in charge of 3 different teams.

You will work about half of your time in our offices in Lisbon (Colombo Towers) or Porto (Urbo Building, Senhora da Hora) and the remaining time in home office.
