About the job

• The Human Resources Business Partner Data Management Trainee will integrate the HR Business Partners team and, under the operational supervision of the HR Business Partners Data Management, will participate and provide support in various projects such as the HR yearly campaigns and ad-hoc exercises, HR transversal projects, HR tools implementation (follow-up), as well as reporting and monitoring
Your Main Activities Are
• Support the team in preparing documentation, filling in templates, validation requests
• Gather preparatory information for HR initiatives and ad-hoc exercises
• Collect and analyse data, check and complete data requests
• Perform data quality checks and reconciliations, check information in HR tools, correct inconsistencies or contact the relevant departments to correct them
• Extract relevant KPIs and prepare reports for each HRBP to analyse
• Keep HR databases up to date, track information on HR tools, update it in the various sources of information
• Organize, maintain and update team’s files records, tracking and following-up on pending matters
• Provide support in gathering information regarding initiatives liaising with Human Capital Manager (talent identification programs, people review, succession planning, diversity and inclusion initiatives)
• Provide input for the creation and updating of the team’s training materials (induction plan and agenda, guides, tutorials)
• Summarise information and market trends
• Liaise with other HR areas and relevant stakeholders on ongoing topics
Profile and Skills to Success
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Human Resources
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both oral and written
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy of the information
