About the job

·         The Human Resources (HR) Business Management Officer will integrate the HR Management Support team and, under the supervision of the Chief of Staff, will participate in various projects, such as:

o   HR/Business Events

o   HR Development and Communications

o   HR Tools implementation

o   Reporting and Monitoring

o   HR Transversal Projects

Your Main Activities Are

·         Supporting team projects across all phases – Planning and preparation, Diagnostic, Design and Implementation

·         Preparing logistics for HR events/initiatives

·         Collecting, analysing data and completing data requests

·         Summarising information and trends

·         Organizing and maintaining file records and following up on pending matters

·         Providing input for the creation of material (ex: guides, tutorials)

·         Preparing materials for calls and meetings with stakeholders

·         Liaising with other HR areas on ongoing topics

Profile and Skills to Success

·         Bachelor degree in Social Sciences or Human Resources

·         2 to 4 years of professional experience in relevant areas

·         Fluency in English is required

·         Communication skills – oral & written

·         Ability to manage a project

·         Ability to collaborate/Teamwork

·         Attention to detail / rigor

·         Creativity & Innovation / Problem solving
