About the job

  • The Financial Modelling Officer will focus on preparing, implementing and maintaining models for financial analysis in order to ensure a specialized assistance in all complex simulations and model revisions / design

Your Main Activities Are

  • Design, review, implement, update and maintain financial model (Business Plan, Discounted Cash Flow, etc.) for real estate cost of the territory  in the context of the forecast, budget and then actuals exercise
  • Contribute to the performance management BAU tasks on Actuals:
    • Production of management control reporting to Head Office and local departments
    • Participate to the production of the quarterly invoicing to internal clients
    • Ensure the coordination and control of their booking and payment with all stakeholders around the world
  • Contribute to the performance management BAU tasks on Forecasting and Budgeting:
    • Animation of the process with all stakeholders
    • Work closely with internal clients and senior management to build their forecast/budget
    • Ensure proper calculation and allocation of expenses
    • Perform analysis and presentations
  • Produce all necessary control, analysis, reporting, presentation to support processes mentioned above:
    • Modelling and simulation
    • Actuals review (variance Vs forecast/budget)
    • Forecast/budget review
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s processes and capabilities (automatization of process, harmonization of analysis, documentation, transversal training on modelling)

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Up to 4 years of professional experience in Financial Analysis and Advisory or related fields
  • Academic Background in Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • Proficient with MS Office Software, mainly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English
  • Great rigor and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – both oral & written
  • Comfortable with Financial Modelling
  • Able to perform Financial and Performance analysis
