We are currently looking for a Financial Data Administrator (M/F) based in Porto
BE PART OF OUR DYNAMIC ASSET MANAGEMENT TEAM
The Financial Data Administrator manages and controls the quality of reference data on financial assets (security and third-party characteristics, valuations, index series, interest rates and fixed assets, etc.).
This data is disseminated in the consumer information system through various cross-functional processes of the company (investment process, general funds and Unit Links, asset and liability valuations, regulatory or client financial reporting, etc.).

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE ASSET MANAGEMENT TEAM
The Financial Data Administrator is responsible for the quality of the data in the corporate reference framework for asset data, and in particular:
- Ensuring the proper management of the creation of workflows/third parties/portfolios in the repository, while respecting the requests of internal clients;
- Ensure that data is collected from financial information providers and is within the scope entrusted to them;
- Contribute to making data available to customer applications or processes within the agreed deadlines and quality;
- Contribute to the production of the reports needed to manage the business and the quality of the data;
- Participate in performing data quality and integrity controls, according to the control plan defined with management;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality and integrity processes within the scope entrusted in relation to management, customers or any other stakeholder in the system;
AS OUR NEW FINANCIAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR, YOU MUST HAVE:
- Knowledge or experience in data management (ideally financial/asset data)
- Experience with data quality control would be beneficial
- Strong Excel skills
- Market Data provider management (Bloomberg, Reuters, Morning Star) would be a big plus
- Fluent in English (additional fluency in French would be a big plus)
- Previous knowledge or experience in the asset management/financial markets industry would be beneficial
