About the job
  • The Client Management Office Team Leader contributes to the management of the Client Management (CLM) Office in Lisbon. The mission is to guide and supervise the CLM Office team members, while ensuring the production of the team meets the required standards and quality. The Team Leader should promote a continuous mindset within the team and is expected to manage the team’s work
Your Main Activities Are
  • Manage recruitments, onboarding and training of new team members
  • Ensure animation and continuous development of the team members (hard and soft skills and expertise)
  • Allocation of work within the team ensuring a balanced repartition and a correct prioritization of the work
  • Define objectives for team members and monitor its execution
  • Operationally oversee and manage the team members to deliver activities on time and with the highest level of quality
  • Define and implement relevant key performance indicators to monitor team’s activity and performance. Monitor production, quality and incidents
  • Define and implement controls for the activity
  • Represent the team (in meetings, projects, etc.) whenever required
  • Promote team spirit and continuous improvement mindset
Profile and Skills to Success
  • Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Management
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in client management
  • Knowledge of MS Office Pack Microsoft Excel
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Ability to deliver and results driven
  • Able to share and pass on knowledge
  • Adaptability
  • Decision making
  • Good organizational skills
  • Able to set up relevant performance indicators
