About the job

·         B.Welcome project aims at replacing the current BNP Paribas’ Group Recruitment and Mobility Solution.  This solution will be used in all the countries in the Group (more than 50),  for all external candidates and internal employees as well. We are looking for someone to support in the B.Welcome first run phase and deployment project.

·         You have a functional  reporting line to the product owner

·         You will collaborate with Group HR and IT  teams based in Paris and Brussels

Your Main Activities Are

·         During run of the first countries

o   You play the role of level 2 support (1st support being in the countries/entities).  You will answer questions/incidents raised by our local key users

o   You will help to manage the Change Requests backlog, advise Product owner on priority

o   You will manage the risk, quality and issues when supporting the Key users

o   You will acquire and maintain a deep knowledge of the B.Welcome solution and of the future evolutions, by participating in training, watching provider videos, reading release documentation, …

o   You will collaborate with Group IT for Change request management, implementation and testing of the new functionalities

o   You will play an active role in the Key user community thanks to the sounding boards.  You communicate them the changes and keep good trust relationship with them

o   You will collaborate to the deployment of new functionalities: you understand their added value, you share your knowledge amongst the Key users community

·         During deployment project of remaining countries

o   You will help coordinating and piloting all testing phases

o   You will follow the  business KPI’s of testing phase

o   You will act as interface between the product owner and local  test coordinators

o   You will contribute to the discussion with PMO, technical streams, etc. as expert

Profile and Skills to Success

·         Bachelor degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Management

·         At least 2 years of professional experience in Business Application Management or similar areas

·         Fluency in English is required

·         Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods

·         Experience in MS Office

·         Interest in IT tools and HR processes

·         Experience with reporting tools

·         Experience with international stakeholders

·         Basic knowledge in Project Management

·         Analytical mind – conceptual thinking

·         Negotiation and persuasion skills

·         Quality-minded and eye for detail

·         Goal-oriented

·         Team player

·         Ability to work in autonomy
